Beverley Mitchell

In the wake of gaining fame in fan-magazines through her role as Lucy Camden on 7th Heaven (1996), Beverley was born in Arcadia, California. Beverley started her career after her famous temper tantrum in one of the shopping centers, as did her mother. It was spotted by a talent manager who immediately rushed to the scene. It was the beginning of the end. Her career quickly shifted to television and modeling, and in 1990, she secured her first TV part as Big Brother Jake. She played her first significant film character for the film The Crow: City of Angels (1996). In the following year, she landed featured on WB with the latest faces in the smash 7th Heaven (1996). Beverley went to Loyola Maramount University to study film, while working on the show. Her high school graduation was in 1999. Beverley is also active in RADD Kids and K-Mart Kids Race Against Drugs charities and other charities. In addition to her work on the show, she also played in the independent short film Mean People Suck (2001). The year was 2011. Beverley was added to the cast of The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008), in the role of the new school guidance counselor.
